SortWerk: Gmail that sorts itself into your own folders
SortWerk is GRAFWERK’s own software. The service files new Gmail messages into the folders you choose, using AI, and keeps close calls in a separate folder. Built, run and developed in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland. You can try it on sortwerk.ch, free and without a credit card.
What SortWerk does
You decide which folders exist and what belongs in them, in one sentence per folder: invoices, clients, newsletters, appointments or whatever fits your mailbox. For every new email an AI model decides where it belongs from the sender, subject and short snippet, and states how sure it is.
Anything below your threshold goes to the «Unsure» folder instead of the wrong one. When you file such an email yourself, SortWerk learns from it. New emails are sorted within a minute; existing ones can be sorted once, with a preview first. Every run is logged and can be undone.
Who SortWerk is for
For anyone whose inbox grows faster than they can clear it: small businesses and freelancers, shared mailboxes such as info@ or accounts@, clubs and private users. There is a template with suitable folders for each, for example invoices with subfolders for purchases, subscriptions and reminders.
You keep reading in the mail app you already use, on your phone and your computer. SortWerk only sets the folders in Gmail; nobody has to learn a new interface.
What SortWerk does not do
SortWerk does not delete emails, does not send emails and keeps no copy of your mailbox. Only the sender, subject and short snippet go to the AI model, in «Minimal» mode only the sender and subject. The details are in SortWerk’s privacy policy.

Pricing and status
Free with 50 emails a month, no credit card. Plans from CHF 6 a month; until version 1.0 all plans are half price. SortWerk works with Gmail and Google Workspace today; Outlook and Microsoft 365 are in progress. All plans are on sortwerk.ch.
